Hello everyone my name is Brian Weber and I am happy to say that I am flipping for a living.  Now if I were to tell you that I am flipping 30 houses a month or even 5 houses a month then I’d be a liar.  And if I were to tell you that I am a millionaire because of flipping houses then I’d also be a liar.  But what I can tell you is that I have achieved my goal to be able to flip houses for a living, hence flipping for a living.  I am able to flip houses for a living and it’s a good thing you now have found my website because you will be able to do the same in no time if you learn from what I have to teach.  I have had many people ask “how long will it take me until I am able to flip for a living”. I cannot answer that and if any one person ever can then he or she would be lying.  Because the simple fact of the matter is that flipping is a business and you need to treat it like a business.  Even a part time business is sufficient enough but don’t think of it as a hobby, because if you do then you will generate a hobby like profit at the end and ultimately FAIL.  Do you think the people at Home Depot or Lowes are in the home improvement business just because they like home improvement?  NO!  They do it because they want to make money and that is the kind of mindset that you need – not that there is a problem anyway since you are reading this.
So that brings me to the reason that you probably are reading this anyway.

I need to make a disclaimer before we proceed any further though. Flipping houses is not easy. You will not make endless piles of cash – not without endless piles of hard work anyway.  If you have watched those shows on television like Flip That House or Flip This House they make it seem like all you need to do is find a cheap house, get someone to fix it up then re-sell it for piles and piles of cash.  Do you really think that in a thirty minute or hour long television show they can tell you about all the pitfalls that can and WILL happen to you, I didn’t think so. There are so many ways that you can mess up it

Flipping for a Living almost seems like a science to an outsider of the business. But on this website and in my eBook I will show you how I am able to flip houses for a living. I’m not saying that I am rich or even close to it (isn’t it Forbes magazine that defines “rich” as someone who makes a million dollars a year or more) but just that I am able to make a living flipping homes, simply stated.
